20-Month Pre-Owned Timepiece Warranty

Warranty Period and Coverage: All pre-owned timepieces purchased from our gallery undergo rigorous inspection and testing. We proudly back the authenticity and mechanical integrity of our curated collection with a comprehensive 20-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Mechanical Movement: Internal movement components, gear trains, and automatic winding mechanisms are fully covered against operational failure.

  • Timekeeping Accuracy: Significant deviations in timekeeping precision outside of acceptable pre-owned luxury standards under normal operating conditions.

  • Water Resistance: The water resistance integrity is covered only if the specific timepiece model was originally rated for water resistance and all crowns/pushers were fully secured.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, scuffs, or blemishes to the case, bezel, crystal (including chipped sapphire or mineral glass), bracelet, links, or leather/rubber straps that occur post-sale.

  • Accidental Damage & Misuse: Damage resulting from drops, heavy impacts, shocks, or improper storage.

  • Unscrewed Crowns: Water damage from operating pushers underwater or from failing to completely screw down the crown.

  • Third-Party Intervention: Any modification, opening of the case back, or servicing by an unauthorized third-party watchmaker will completely void this warranty.
